Your mind has a shape.
Dhiti finds it the way a good friend would: by asking about your life and listening to the answers. Eighteen human traits, read from your own stories. Then the work that fits that shape, and a real test of whether it does.
An example shape. Yours is drawn from your own answers. Pick a trait to see the kind of question Dhiti uses to listen for it.
Where are you right now?
This only changes what you see on this page. Inside, Dhiti asks properly.
A session, start to finish
- 01
A conversation
Dhiti asks about real moments from your life and follows up on what you tell it.
- 02
Your shape
Eighteen traits, each scored with how much evidence your answers gave.
- 03
Your life
Three quick questions: the hours you can spare, whether others rely on your income, and whether you can move.
- 04
The real work
Twenty-five scenarios from the role you pick, on a 60-minute clock that starts when you do.
- 05
Your report
Your best-fit roles, what was ruled out and why, and a roadmap.
§1 — how it listens
Small things it does on purpose.
A career test can sort you. Dhiti is built to get to know you first, and these details are how it does that.
- 01
Curiosity first, setbacks last
Its first trait question is about something you went deep on just because you wanted to. Questions about things that fell apart wait until the end of that first round, once you’ve settled in.
- 02
“I don’t know” is an answer
Short, unsure and half-formed answers all count. Dhiti only asks again when an answer is gibberish or about something else entirely, and never more than twice for the same question.
- 03
It asks how urgent this is
Just exploring, planning for the next 6–12 months, needing to move within 1–3 months, or in a crisis right now. The tone and the plan change with your answer. In a crisis, you get one steady next step, not a list.
- 04
It reads the room
Confused, afraid, burnt out, ambitious, curious or under pressure: Dhiti adjusts how it talks to you. It won’t pile pressure on someone exhausted, or slow down someone who’s ready to run.
- 05
It’s honest about how sure it is
Every trait score carries how much evidence your conversation actually gave. Where that evidence is thin, your report says “you showed signs of”, not “you are”.
- 06
Your life is part of the answer
The hours you can really spare each week, whether others depend on your income, whether you can move. Roles that don’t fit your life are set aside, and you’re told why.
- 07
You’re tested on the real work
Twenty-five scenarios from the role you pick, rewritten for the industry you choose and aimed at the trait you’re still building. Not sure which role? You’re tested across your top three. The 60-minute clock starts only when you do.
- 08
It shows its working
All six families of work are scored against your profile. Your report explains what it didn’t recommend and why, not just why the winner won.
§2 — the questions
It asks about moments, not adjectives.
What is something you went deep on that nobody asked you to learn? What pulled you into it?
Think of a moment of friction with someone you worked closely with. Looking back, what do you think was going on for them?
Tell me about something you worked hard on that fell apart. What was the hardest part to sit with, and what did you do next?
These three are examples. Dhiti writes each real question around what you’ve already told it, so yours will be about your own life.
§3 — where your shape might fit
Six families of work, built for a world with AI in it.
Your shape is compared with all six. The two closest get a closer look, and your best-fit roles come through, each with an honest note on what AI will handle in that field and what it can’t.

Each family weighs six of the eighteen traits, and its six weights add up to 100%. Every chart shows those six on one shared scale, with rings at 10, 20 and 30%, in the clockwise order of fig. 1. Dhiti applies the same weights to your own trait scores when it compares you with each family.
§4 — what you leave with
A report about you, not a type.
Written from your own conversation, your scenario results and the limits of your real life.
- 01
Your shape
All eighteen traits, scored from what you actually said.
- 02
Your best-fit roles
Why each one suits you, the strengths it draws on, and the gaps you’d need to close.
- 03
How each role holds up
What AI is likely to handle in that field, and what it can’t.
- 04
How you did on the real work
Your scenario results, including the topics you missed.
- 05
What was ruled out
The families and roles that fell away, and why: put down to your profile and constraints, never to those roles being lesser.
- 06
A roadmap
First actions, a realistic way in, and where the role can grow from there.
